Shure
has been enthusiastically dedicated to helping you tell the truth in notes,
words and sound since 1925. Shure makes microphones and audio electronics
to help amplify, process, and mix your sound. Perfectly. Transparently.
Reliably.
This success is and always has been due to their recognition
that audio electronics are the means to self-expression for a diverse group
of individuals worldwide. Without the desire of so many to have their unique
voices heard, there would be no Shure Incorporated. Now, past their 75th
year, they have rededicated themselves to this notion of being the audio
tool of choice for personal expression, reminding themselves that "Shure" is
synonymous with "your sound."

Wireless Systems
It's been over a decade since
Shure cut the cable. Now, there's barely any stage, anywhere, that hasn't
hosted a Shure wireless
system. Whether
it's a high school gym, a place of
worship,
a concert hall, or a stadium, you can count on the fact
that Shure has been there.
Presenters and performers love the freedom and flexibility
that wireless can provide. Singing or speaking, vocal or instrumental,
we bring the sound
and reliability of our microphones to the world of wireless. How reliable?
When failure is not an option, Shure's UHF systems are there, whether
it be the Grammy® Awards, the Oscars®, top touring artists, or
network broadcasters. And it doesn't stop there. Shure's wireless systems
come in
many varieties, accessible to new performers and seasoned veterans alike.
Mixers and Audio Processors
After
Shure went wireless, they set their sights on digital audio. Shure has
moved beyond classic portable mixers and preamps to audio processors
that ensure smooth sailing behind the scenes. From automated mixing
and feedback control, to broadcast field production and digital signal
processing, Shure offers a multitude of innovative products.
Audio Processors
P4800
The P4800 System
Processor is a 4–input, 8–output digital audio
processor. It performs all the necessary functions between the mixers and
the power amplifiers in small to medium sized sound systems. Using the
P4800's drag–and–drop Graphical User Interface, processors
can be placed anywhere in the signal path. The 4–by–8 matrix
mixer allows any or all inputs to be routed to any or all outputs with
additional controls for levels and polarity. The P4800 can store up to
128 configurations that can be recalled using simple contact closures,
MIDI, or RS232 commands.
The P4800 provides all the processing you need between your mixers and
power amplifiers.
DFR
Shure’s DFR has quickly
become the industry standard for effective feedback reduction. The DFR22
builds on that reputation to
provide an affordable full-featured 2x2 audio processor with Shure’s
drag-and-drop software. It’s much more than feedback reduction. For
many jobs, it’s the only audio processor you’ll need.
Featuring enhancements to Shure’s patented Adaptive Notch Filter
Algorithm, the DFR22 includes single-channel and stereo processing blocks
with up to 16 precision notch filters that automatically seek out and reduce
feedback. With widths between 1/10 and 1/70 of an octave, these adaptive
filters affect only the problem frequencies, maximizing system stability
and sound integrity. In addition, Auto Clear mode removes dynamic filters
and restores the DFR to your ideally-tuned configuration after a specified
amount of time.
DFR11EQ
Shure's DFR11EQ is a
computer-controlled digital equalizer with a multitude of audio processing
capabilities offered in
a compact,
half-rack unit. The innovative DFR software interface runs on Windows® and
makes even the most complex processing functions easy to use.
The DFR11EQ Solves a Variety of Problems:
• Non-ideal acoustics
• Insufficient gain before feedback
• Irregular sound system frequency response
• Harmful signal peaks that can damage amplifiers and loudspeakers

sound reinforcement installation with the right combination of features.
M367
The Shure Model M367 is a six-input, portable microphone
mixer/remote amplifier
specifically designed for professional applications in electronic news
gathering (ENG), electronic field production (EFP) and general audio
mixing.
Your Mix, Your Way
AuxPander
An easy-to-use, portable solution for output-hungry
applications that often outstrip the capacity of most mixing consoles.
